About 60 children, mums, dads and grandparents went along for the fun event.
Easter eggs were hidden all around the park; in the play equipment, garden, band rotunda, in trees, on seats, and just about everywhere for the children to find.
We even had a children who went to a lot of effort to create beautiful Easter hats to wear.
Prizes went to Abbey Girard, Charlie Moore and Maddie Simmons in the three age categories.
And the ‘big kids’ weren’t left out either with every adult at the event receiving a free ticket to go in the draw for a ‘lucky door’ prize.
Connie Potts was the lucky winner, receiving a hamper full of choccies worth $100, kindly donated by Cadbury.
The Champion would like to thank everyone who came along for the afternoon, and we look forward to hosting the event again next year.
All the children should be commended for their efforts with everyone sharing their eggs with others, and wonderful manners shown on the day.
