Two people were taken to Moree District Hospital after their car which was towing a caravan collided with a truck.
The collision happened on the Newell Highway 25km South of Moree near Tycannah Creek.
A spokeswoman for New South Wales Ambulance service said emergency services were called to the scene at 2:40 pm today.
She said the car and caravan had flipped after a collision with a truck and come to rest in an embankment.
When emergency services arrived they found the occupants trapped in their vehicle.
The 65-year-old male passenger and 61-year-old female driver were both taken to Moree District Hospital with complaints of spinal injury.
