The annual Fairview Fete was held on Sunday.
Fete committee member, June Atkins, was pleased with the day.
“The weather was lovely and there was a great crowd,” Mrs Atkins said.
Along with the jumping castle for the children the fete was filled with wonderful stalls.
“There were many stalls with something for everybody,” she said.
There were pre-loved stalls, cakes, crafts and plant stalls that had a range of different items for sale.
“The food was great. There were lovely home-made soups and plum puddings and the Lion’s Club had their barbecue,” Mrs Atkins said.
Both the pipe band and district band attended the event for light entertainment throughout the day.
“The board would like to thank all those that helped on the day, without their help we wouldn’t have been able to do it ourselves,” she said.
Keep an eye out in the Moree Champion for more information on the Fairview Fete and how much was raised on the day.
