This could expand the Premier from the current 10 clubs to as many as 16 clubs, each with first and second division teams.
This decision was made after extensive consultation and discussion in the last three months with the final decision based on a poll of the clubs which played in the Namoi and Premier League competitions this year.
The clubs were asked to vote on three options; a single competition, east and west conferences or north and south conferences. In a very close decision, the north and south conference model was the preferred model.
The southern conference is likely to be made up of three clubs from Tamworth, two clubs from Gunnedah along with the Wee Waa, Narrabri and Moree clubs.
Moree Services Soccer Club has been one of the most successful clubs in Northern NSW in recent years.
They have been playing in the Namoi competition for the last 10 years and have never missed making the semi-finals.
Training for the Moree Services Soccer Club is Thursday and Sunday at the oval behind the services club from 6pm to 8pm.
Next Tuesday there will be a meeting at Ron Harborne Oval and training from 6-8pm.
Another meeting will be held in the services club at 5pm this Sunday to formalise the committee for 2012.
